YRSL has posted our game night for the outdoor season: THURSDAY NIGHTS.

It is not final but highly likely.

Cost will be $25 per person or less (depending on exact number of riders – the more that come the cheaper it will get and there is plenty of room left…). I’ll figure out cost and tell you how much to pay after the trip (another day).

After the game I made reservations under 2001 Girl Knights for a late lunch. We’ll get there probably at 1:30-1:45pm.

The bus will probably be back at King/400 at around 5pm.

We need to wear our white (away) uniform. We ordered a new white practice set with numbers that I hope to get by the weekend. If I do, Bronwen and McKenzie will wear that. If not, we will need to be creative again… We are expecting uniforms in the next month or so.

I will be bringing snacks for the players to have on the bus.

Our team’s first tournament of the season is the 2013 Memorial Day Classic in Erie, Pennsylvania from Friday May 24 (travel and check-in day) to Monday May 27th (possible final game day). Games will be played at the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania campus on Saturday May 25, Sunday May 26 and maybe Monday May 27 (Final).

As Erie, PA is approximately a 3.5 hour drive, I have set up a block of 16 rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott (7792 Peach Street Erie, PA 16509) for our team. Please note we are limited by the organizers as to which hotels we may book. This hotel is close to the Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park and the Millcreek Mall and is about 25 min. away from the fields.

Reservation Dates:

CHECK-IN: Friday May 24, 2013.

CHECK-OUT: Up to you – Sunday May 26 or Monday May 27.
The tournament organizers have recommended to only reserve two nights with check out on Sunday May 26, 2013. If our team does make it to the finals then we can let the hotel know prior to their check out time on Sunday that you wish to stay an additional night. If you do not do this and book three nights and leave early on Sunday according to their policy you will be charged for Sunday night plus tax.

Each family must make their own reservation with their own credit card

The Oak Ridges Soccer Club Outdoor registration for the 2013 Outdoor Season is now available on-line.

The outdoor club registration fee for the U12 Girls is $665.00 and must be completed online by February 1, 2013. The process is the same as the Indoor Registration and I have included a link below. For our new families please follow the instructions to create a new account.
